Refund policy
Inspection Upon Delivery:
Buyers have the right to inspect the product upon delivery and may return it to the courier if it does not meet their expectations.
Return Windows:
14 Days: For products in their original condition.
30 Days: For items with manufacturer defects.
General Return Conditions:
* Returns or exchanges of standard items must occur within 14 days of receiving the order.
* Items must be in new condition, unaltered, and free from customer damage. All accessories must be in original packaging.
* The original invoice, along with any accessories, promotional gifts, must be included with the return.
* Returned products will be examined within 5 working days by our Quality Department to ensure compliance with our policy. Refunds will be processed with shipping costs deducted within 10 working days via bank transfer Inspection.
* Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items cannot be returned if:
* Damage is due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
* The product has been used, altered, or assembled.
* A different color or size is requested (exchanges are not available; return and repurchase is required).
Furniture Cancel/Return Policy
* You have 7 days from the date of your furniture order to cancel or change your order (style, color) for a full refund.
* Changes cannot be made after 7 days from the order date.
* Order cannot be canceled after 7 days from the order date.
* Furniture is eligible for return or replacement only in cases of manufacturing defects.
* This platform is a marketplace, and all orders depend on stock and availability for made-to-order items.
* Items may be cancelled within 48 business hours if stock or manufacturing availability cannot be confirmed.
* In such cases, the customer will be notified in writing and any paid amount related to the cancelled item will be fully refunded.
